Yes, you can save changes to the original image, or save it as a new file with a different name.

This may be a caching issue. Try performing a hard reload — press
ctrl + f5on Windows orcmd + shift + Ron Mac — to see the updated changes. -
Can I revert the edits?

If you save edits to the original file, they cannot be undone. To keep the original image safe, we recommend saving your changes as a new file.
